
Mask isn't much necessary though and doesn't offer anything too crazy that Staff doesn't already cover. His relics are decent, Staff giving some Team Support with Stamina regens. Their trait is awful except for the SC, which itself is situational and highly dependent on your team. There was some potential here for the skill kit, but in the end Sam and Colby just didn't get exactly what they needed to be any decent. And the PER this monster gets is also not that great as it's only in 1 skill, and it's even after dmg and after he applies his Nightmares. Accuracy drops are always annoying to deal with but aren't the end of the world. Vulnerable is a decent status effect as it can boost the dmg from both raw sources and Dots. The PER is at least something, but for the most part Sam and Colby's overall skill kit is just all sorts of mediocre.

Sam and Colby is a Fire Curser who simply debuffs his enemies with Vulnerable, Nightmares, Accuracy drops, and PER.
